Ralph Gonzalez brings over 50 years of vehicle service experience to On the Road Motors. For 20 years, he worked at Service King, where he not only serviced cars but also played a key role in developing their student internship apprentice program. In 2020, Ralph joined On the Road Garage, continuing his impactful work by building their apprentice program. In 2023, he transitioned to On the Road Motors as a Vehicle Manager, where he excels in selecting and servicing cars for our dealership’s inventory. Ralph enjoys the challenge of searching for vehicles at auctions and takes immense pride in the quality of vehicles he selects for On the Road Motors. His dedication and expertise make him a valuable asset to our team.

Bonnie has been the Director of Vehicle Services at On the Road Motors since 2020, bringing her extensive expertise in vehicle selection and sales. Bonnie also hones her skills at our sister company, On the Road Lending, where she has been a dedicated team member since November 2015. Bonnie plays a pivotal role in the final step of our clients' journeys, assisting them in selecting their new car, finalizing loan documents, and coordinating vehicle delivery at the dealership. She also reviews clients’ current vehicle loans upon application and provides assistance with insurance, warranty, and gap claims after the delivery of their new car. Prior to joining On the Road Lending, Bonnie worked for six years at More Than Wheels, a New Hampshire-based nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals purchase cars. Her commitment to supporting clients through every step of their car-buying journey has made her an invaluable asset to our team.
